Natalie Barnes, CFE, President
Natalie Barnes has been in the franchise sector since 2005. Prior to that, she was president of the family manufacturing business that was founded in 1968. The business was successfully sold in 2005 after three long years of preparing the company for sale. That is when she realized one of the many benefits of franchising; the exit strategy that is already in place! Natalie moved into Franchise Consulting with BAI and due to her success, became president in 2013.
BAI has positioned itself to be the premier franchise brokerage companies with strong measurable results. This is due to her ability to put the right team in place, create a selection approval process for future franchise consultants, bring additional training and support to the network, and create systems relevant to the industry.
Natalie received her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation in 2019 through the International Franchise Association, has been a speaker at various national and regional business functions, and was honored as the Washington State SBA Veteran Business Champion due to her work with the veteran community and franchise ownership. Her life’s work has been about entrepreneurship.
Gina Johnson, CFE
Gina started as a BAI franchise consultant in 2011 before moving to the corporate team in 2013. She has been involved in all aspects of Business Alliance from planning, project management, training, and development. Her commitment to the franchise industry reaches beyond all she does for Business Alliance as she helped launch the IFA’s Women’s Franchise Network for the Pacific Northwest and received her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation in 2017. Since 2016 Gina has served as an Executive Board Member of Salute to Veterans Memorial Day Weekend Corporation, the largest public airshow in the country. Her gratitude and respect for our military and country are encompassed by the mission of Salute: “to Honor and Remember those who have served and are serving in our Armed Forces, Guard, Reserves and our Allies.”
Heath Turner, CFE
Director of Business Development
Heath has been with BAI since 2016 providing support and guidance to our franchise partners and franchise consultants. With a degree in finance and economics, he joined the BAI team right out of college and has “grown up” in the franchise industry. He understands the importance of relationships and truly makes a difference to those he supports. Heath received his CFE designation in 2019 and is committed to the support, on-going education, and development of our franchise brands and consultants. When he’s not working, he enjoys travel, golf, and enjoying our Pacific Northwest with his girlfriend and yellow lab, Phoebe.
Christine has been with BAI since 2018 with strengths in database management, office administration, project management and organization. As BAI developed additional programs for their franchise partners and consultants, her strengths have been well utilized. She oversees the multitude of programs offered to insure success. Her passion to help people is what makes her a true asset and an integral part of our team. Outside of work you will find her cheering on her son at his college football games and spending time with her husband and horses.

We offer events around the country to connect, education, and support our franchise consultants. These events are national, regional, and now virtual! Connecting with other franchise consultants, learning about our brands and suppliers, and programs to help elevate their businesses. We are there for business but always have fun!
Our support is the foundation to insure your and our success! We all have the same goal; a new franchisee signed for our franchise partners. A Win–Win–Win!
