The BAI Story

Founded in 1991, Business Alliance Inc. (BAI) was born out of a simple idea: franchising works best when everyone wins. From the start, we set out to build a brokerage and consultancy that valued integrity over shortcuts, quality over quantity, and partnerships over transactions.

COO Gina Johnson, who has been with BAI since 2011, has built invaluable, long-standing relationships that continue to strengthen the company’s foundation.
